Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead generation and sales:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and convert them into projects.
Client and partner relationships:
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, architects, and contractors.
Strategic planning:
Develop and execute strategies for business growth and market penetration.
Proposal development:
Work with design teams to understand client requirements and create compelling proposals and presentations.
Achieving targets:
Work to meet monthly and annual sales and revenue targets for new clients and projects.
Market analysis:
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

9-10 yrs of experience in generating sales for turnkey interior fitouts, civil works.
Strong Knowledge of interior design and fitouts.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong sales and relationship-building abilities.
Knowledge of the interior design industry, including trends, designers, architects, and contractors.
Ability to work with and interpret data, analyze market trends, and make informed decisions.
Prior coordination experience working with various architects, PMC's like CBRE, JLL, C&W, Knight frank and other major PMC's , builders and landlords.
strong ability to convert leads into projects .
Experience with the end-to-end sales process and client management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
