Project Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Assist the Site project lead for the below works

• Review the drawings and BOQ's for any variations
• Through knowledge in interior elements
• Have previous experience in construction sites is also preferable
• Execute the projects as per the set target lines
• Maintain a procurement tracker and ensure material delivery timelines are met as per the schedule
• Have experience in civil construction, RCC Structures
• Lead the project meetings and ensure client- contractor relationship is intact.
• Preparation of project schedules and coordinate with multiple stakeholders like architect , vendors, client and PMC team
• Coordinate with multiple vendors for material delivery process and execute the works as desired
• ensure projects are delivered as required.
• Understand the client requirements and lead the vendors for completion on time.
• Obtain approvals for material procurement from the project head and coordinate for material delivery
• Ensure proper bills, DC'S are maintained for project accounting purpose
• Cross check the measurements submitted by vendors and recommend for payments
• Check the JMS for final invoice submission
• Able to handle multiple sites independently.
• Handle the team of engineers and managers efficiently.
• Flexible to work along the site requirements and timings.

• Work location : Hyderabad, However need to visit other sites too based on the company requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

5-6 yrs experience in handling commercial projects and interior fitouts

Good knowledge in RCC structures construction, Civil construction will be an added advantage.

Good knowledge in interior finishes

Lead the site independently with minimal supervision

Bound to company ethics policy

Speak in Hindi and English
