Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and supervise the field service team for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Assign jobs, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. Service Operations: Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
