Experience Required: 7–10 years in ELV systems with at least 4+ years in a managerial role Educational Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related field Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Manager to oversee and manage service operations for ELV systems such as CCTV, Fire Alarm, and Access Control . The ideal candidate will lead a team of service engineers/technicians, ensure service SLAs are met, manage AMC contracts, and deliver high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead and supervise the field service team for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Assign jobs, monitor progress, and ensure timely resolution of service requests. Service Operations: Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules. Ensure timely resolution of issues and efficient complaint management. Maintain service logs and generate performance reports. Client Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients for all service-related matters. Conduct client meetings, site visits, and service reviews. Handle escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Technical Support: Guide the team on complex fault diagnosis and system-level troubleshooting. Coordinate with OEMs for technical support and replacements. Commercial & Contractual: Manage AMC, warranty, and service contract renewals. Coordinate with the commercial team for billing, spare parts, and service revenue tracking. Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety standards, fire codes, and local regulations. Maintain documentation for audits and compliance checks. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong hands-on experience with ELV systems: CCTV (IP & Analog), Fire Alarm (Conventional & Addressable), Access Control, PA Systems, etc. Working knowledge of networking, IP addressing , and system integration . Familiarity with brands like Hikvision, Honeywell, CP Plus, Bosch, Siemens, HID, etc. Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and people management skills. Proficient in MS Office , ticketing tools, and reporting software. Strong communication, leadership, and client handling skills.
