Key Responsibilities: Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule. Ensure the right materials and labor are available for the project, coordinating with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors. Supervise and assign tasks to workers (e.g., carpenters, electricians, painters) to ensure efficient work. Perform inspections to ensure work meets the required standards and that materials used are of the correct quality. Work closely with the design teams to ensure the project stays aligned with the initial plans.
