About Us Netlink ICT Pvt Ltd is a leading FTTH (Fiber-to-the-Home) solutions provider , specializing in telecom electronics manufacturing. We are seeking a Purchase Executive to strengthen our sourcing and supply chain capabilities. Key Responsibilities 1. Procurement Planning & Coordination Analyze item-wise sales performance on rolling 6-month plans. Derive material forecasts and trigger timely procurement actions. Coordinate with Sourcing Officer for seamless material availability. 2. Purchase Management Identify, qualify, and onboard vendors for FTTH assembly materials (modem parts, cables, fiber, nodes, etc.). Request quotations, prepare comparative statements, and obtain approvals. Issue POs with accurate specifications, pricing, and delivery timelines. Track vendor performance and ensure timely dispatch/delivery. Negotiate best prices, terms, and conditions for cost optimization. 3. Inward, GRN & Inventory Compliance Physically verify incoming goods and maintain inward registers. Match deliveries against POs/invoices before handover to stores. Ensure accurate GRN entries and coordinate with Accounts for payments. Maintain records for traceability and audit compliance. 4. Vendor Performance & Master Management Maintain a Vendor Master Database (compliance, GST, banking info). Monitor vendor performance on delivery, quality, and documentation. Develop and maintain an alternate vendor pool for continuity. Qualifications & Skills Graduate in Supply Chain, Commerce, or Engineering (preferred: specialization in Procurement/SCM). 2–5 years of procurement experience (FTTH/Telecom/Electronics preferred). Strong negotiation, vendor management & analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/Inventory tools, and documentation . Excellent communication; English is a must, Hindi & Tamil an advantage.
