Job location: Shirwal, Company transport available from Pune/Satara

Qualification : BE/B.Tech (Engineering) or MBA/PGDM (Management) from tier‑2 colleges in India.

Job Objective :

Enable faster, accurate decision-making by building automated reports, dashboards and analyses for business stakeholders.

Strengthen data hygiene and process documentation while rapidly learning ACG processes and systems.

Primary Responsibilities :

1.Own data preparation and analysis in Microsoft Excel: advanced formulas (LOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX–MATCH, nested IFs), PivotTables, Power Query, What‑If tools.

2.Design and automate recurring reports using Excel Macros/VBA; build reusable templates and ensure version control.

3.Create clear dashboards and visualizations (Excel; exposure to any BI tool such as Power BI/Tableau/Looker is a plus).

4.Intermediate Power Point development skills from structured data in excel

5.Prepare and deliver intermediate‑level presentations for reviews (weekly/monthly), project updates and business cases.

6.Document SOPs (training will be provided), and maintain data banks; maintain confidentiality and compliance with internal policies.

7.Demonstrate strong learning agility—grasp new processes, tools and domain concepts quickly and proactively seek feedback.

8.Support ad‑hoc analysis requests and continuous‑improvement initiatives as assigned.

9.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi; in addition to a “go-getter” attitude

Key Result Areas:

Automation: % of recurring reports automated via VBA/Power Query within the first 6 months.

Timeliness: On.time delivery of weekly/monthly reports and ad.hoc analyses (. 95%).

Accuracy & Data Quality: . 1% error rate in published reports; data reconciliation completed per schedule.

Dashboards: Number of functional dashboards created/adopted by stakeholders (targets to be set quarterly).

Stakeholder Satisfaction: . 4/5 average feedback on clarity, usability and responsiveness.

Documentation & Handover: Complete SOPs/templates for all automated reports before contract closure.

Learning Milestones: Completion of assigned ACG learning paths and tool certifications (Excel/VBA/Power Query/BI).
