Role description:

The following information is for the purpose of understanding the role and tasks associated to the role and job profile. 

The primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to the duties stipulated herein.

Responsible for:

1. Coordinating strategic business initiatives for development of membership base through successful execution of plans under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads.
2. Assisting and communicating with senior leadership and departmental heads in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.
3. Build and develop relationships for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with Director General and Head of Departments on expanding the membership base.

Experience and Qualification:

1. 10 plus years of experience in a similar role.
2. Preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration from a reputed institute will be an added advantage.
