E-commerce Manager (Amazon & Marketplaces) Location: Bangalore/Ghaziabad Employment Type: Full-time / (Part-time for the right candidate) Experience Required: 1-3 years in Amazon/e-commerce management About Truesnap Technology LLP We are a bootstrapped OEM company with a fast-growing D2C brand, "Techmaven." We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on e-commerce manager to own and grow our new brand while optimizing performance for our existing portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Listing Management Create, optimize, and manage Amazon listings (SEO, keywords, content). Coordinate with designers for A+ Content, images, and videos . Ensure brand consistency across all listings. Amazon PPC & Ads Management Run, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Ads (SP, SB, SD) . Adjust bids, budgets, and keywords for maximizing ROAS . Test and scale profitable campaigns. Performance Monitoring & Growth Track sales, CTR, conversion rates, and ad performance. Identify gaps (reviews, pricing, competition) and take corrective actions. Weekly/Monthly performance reports with insights. Order & Inventory Management Forecast demand and coordinate with suppliers for timely restocking . Prevent stockouts/overstocking by monitoring sales trends. Review & Reputation Management Monitor ratings & reviews, address negative feedback. Encourage positive reviews via follow-ups (within Amazon policy). New Product Launches (NPD) Work with product and branding teams to launch new SKUs across marketplaces Devise launch strategies including pricing, reviews, and ad pushes Manage timelines and deliverables for a successful GTM Other responsibilities (Performance Optimization) Sales & Competitor Analysis Track daily/weekly sales, BSR (Best Seller Rank), and competitor moves. Adjust pricing, promotions, and ads based on market trends. Order & Inventory Management Ensure smooth order fulfilment by efficient planning Replenish inventory based on sales velocity . Multi-Channel Expansion (Optional) Explore new platforms (Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) Skills & Qualifications ✔ 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central/Vendor Central experience . ✔ Hands-on with Amazon PPC, keyword research, and listing optimization . ✔ Basic understanding of inventory & order management . ✔ Analytical – Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting. ✔ Proactive, problem-solving mindset (bootstrapped startup environment). Nice to Have Experience with Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or other Amazon tools . Knowledge of Amazon SEO & external traffic strategies .
