Job Description:
Sanjay Jain and Sons is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support our accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials and hands-on experience in accounting practices under the supervision of a Chartered Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in day-to-day accounting operations and record keeping.

· Prepare and maintain ledgers, invoices, and other financial documents.

· Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.

· Support preparation of financial reports and statements.

· Work closely with the Chartered Accountant to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

· Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

· B.Com (First Class) from a recognized university.

· 1–2 years of experience working with a Chartered Accountant firm.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.

· Proficiency in Advanced Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).

· Excellent attention to detail, analytical ability, and organizational skills.

Preferred Attributes:

· Familiarity with accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.).

· Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,470.99 - ₹15,000.00 per month
