Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day operational activities across departments.
• Manage updates and basic maintenance of valargrow.com, a Shopify-enabled website.
• Execute light technical tasks and coordinate with teams on API-related requirements.
• Conduct market and product research, opportunities, and expansion possibilities (including overseas markets).
• Assist in partnership and sales development, exploring new distributors and sales channels for existing and upcoming products.
• Support documentation, follow-ups, and process reporting for ongoing business initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Understanding of how APIs function and familiarity with basic coding concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• English: Proficient (mandatory)
• Hindi: Conversational (preferred)
• Ability to thrive with adaptability in a fluid, rapidly evolving environment aligned with the pace of a startup ecosystem.
• Willingness to travel if required.
• Proactive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
