Management Information System Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a MIS Executive to manage data, develop reports, automate processes, and provide insights to support business operations. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in MIS, be proficient in Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.), and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities 1. Advanced Data Management & Reporting

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all reporting processes.

2. Process Automation & Optimization

• Develop automated dashboards, reports, and templates for improved efficiency.
• Use SQL queries, Power Query, VBA, and App Script to streamline data processing.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation to reduce manual efforts.

3. Database Management & System Optimization

• Manage and optimize databases to support business intelligence and decision-making.
• Maintain and update MIS tools, CRM, and ERP systems for seamless data flow.
• Ensure data governance and security compliance.

4. Business Intelligence & Insights

• Analyze business trends and provide data-driven recommendations to management.
• Support decision-making with predictive analysis and forecasting.
• Collaborate with various teams (Operations, Finance, Sales) to optimize reporting strategies.
• Train and mentor junior MIS executives on best practices and automation techniques.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs for all MIS processes and reporting tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
• 2-5 years of experience in MIS, data analytics, or business intelligence.
• Proficiency in SQL, Advance Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP,INDEX-MATCH, ARRAYS) , Power BI, Tableau, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with automation tools (VBA, Python, R, App Script, Power Query, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data visualization skills.
• Knowledge of CRM, ERP systems, and data governance best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
