MIS Executive / Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, maintain, and analyze MIS reports on a regular basis.
Develop and manage dashboards and data visualizations using
Power BI
.
Work extensively with
Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, etc.).
Write, optimize, and execute
SQL queries
for data extraction and reporting.
Analyze business performance trends and prepare actionable insights for management.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across all reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements.

Required Skills and Experience:

Advanced Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables – Mandatory).
Hands-on experience in
Power BI
(Report/Dashboard creation).
Strong working knowledge of
SQL
(data queries, joins, stored procedures).
Experience in data analysis, data validation, and visualization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Qualification:

Graduate/Post Graduate in
B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BCA, MBA, MCA, or related field
.
1+ years of proven experience in
MIS/Data Analysis/Business Intelligence
.
