SEO Manager-UI/UX & Backend Developer

We are seeking a highly experienced and technically skilled SEO Manager – UI/UX & Backend Optimization to lead our digital growth efforts. The ideal candidate must possess a strong understanding of backend development, UI/UX best practices, and technical SEO, along with the ability to drive organic traffic and search engine visibility. This role demands a well-rounded SEO professional who has successfully led a team and implemented end-to-end SEO strategies—covering technical SEO, on-page, and off-page optimization—while also working closely on development to enhance overall website performance and user experience. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the SEO team, assigning tasks, setting priorities, and ensuring timely delivery of SEO projects. Design and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve search rankings, traffic, and user engagement. Using your web developer skills to implement technical fixes (site speed, crawl errors, structured data, core web vitals). Analyze and optimize website architecture, page structures, and URL configurations for better crawlability and UX. Ensure on-page SEO best practices: keyword research, meta tags, schema markup, image alt tags, internal linking, etc. Oversee off-page SEO initiatives such as link-building, guest blogging, and outreach campaigns. Contribute to and review UI/UX design decisions from an SEO perspective to ensure seamless user flow and optimization. Utilize coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, or relevant backend tech) to troubleshoot or guide site optimization. Conduct SEO audits, competitive analysis, and performance reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog. Stay updated on the latest algorithm changes and emerging SEO trends to keep the company ahead of competitors. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience as an SEO Team Lead or Manager. Strong technical SEO knowledge with practical experience in optimizing performance, crawlability, and indexing. Backend coding knowledge: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP (or relevant technologies). Understanding of UI/UX principles to ensure SEO aligns with user-focused design. Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Shopaccino ,Shopify, or custom CMS. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance. Experience with major SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills—must be able to explain strategies clearly to both tech and non-tech teams. Ability to work independently and lead projects from planning to execution.
