Machine Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities 1. Preventive & Predictive Maintenance ● Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules for all machinery. ● Conduct predictive checks to minimize unexpected breakdowns. 2. Breakdown Maintenance ● Respond promptly to machine breakdowns to restore operations quickly. ● Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. 3. Machine Performance & Reliability ● Monitor machine health and ensure maximum uptime. ● Maintain and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). 4. Safety & Compliance ● Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and SOPs. ● Adhere to ISO, IEC, and company quality standards. 5. Documentation & Reporting ● Maintain accurate records of breakdowns, maintenance activities, and spare part usage. ● Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance reports. 6. Spare Parts & Inventory Management ● Monitor and manage critical spare parts inventory. ● Raise timely purchase requests to avoid delays. 7. Continuous Improvement ● Recommend and implement improvements in machines, tools, and processes. ● Support lean manufacturing, 5S, and TPM initiatives. 8. Coordination & Support ● Collaborate with production, quality, and purchase teams to minimize downtime. ● Assist with new machine installation, commissioning, and validation. 9. Training & Supervision ● Train operators on basic machine care. ● Supervise and guide junior maintenance staff and technicians. 10. Cost & Energy Optimisation ● Plan and execute maintenance to reduce costs. ● Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
