Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Spot Welding Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing spot welding tasks on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds and adherence to safety standards. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Spot Welding:
• Execute spot welding operations on different types of materials and components.
• Ensure welds meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate Welding Equipment:
• Set up and operate spot welding machines and related tools.
• Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting of welding equipment.
• Quality Assurance:
• Inspect completed welds for accuracy and quality.
• Identify and correct any welding defects or inconsistencies.
• Safety Compliance:
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while performing welding tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe working environment.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of welding activities and job progress.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in spot welding or a related field.
• Proficiency in operating spot welding machines and tools.
• Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail and precision in executing welding tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
