Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics and Vendor Management Executive to oversee supply chain operations, vendor coordination, and logistics management for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in handling vendor relationships, ensuring smooth logistics operations, and supporting overall marketplace efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations including order fulfillment, dispatch, transportation, and last-mile delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and courier partners to ensure timely procurement and distribution of products.
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with logistics and vendor partners.
• Monitor stock movement, warehouse activities, and inventory control for seamless supply chain flow.
• Ensure vendors comply with company policies, quality standards, and timely delivery schedules.
• Resolve logistics issues such as delays, returns, damages, or disputes with vendors and partners.
• Work closely with the e-commerce operations team to optimize delivery timelines and reduce costs.
• Track, analyze, and report logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, TAT, and vendor reliability.
• Identify and onboard new vendors, suppliers, and courier partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, operations, and customer support) to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or vendor management (preferably in e-commerce).
• Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, procurement, and order management systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and logistics management software/ERP systems.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup/e-commerce environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in e-commerce logistics or marketplace vendor handling.
• Familiarity with courier aggregators, warehouse management systems, and fulfillment models.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize costs and improve delivery performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
