Logistics / Supply Chain / Warehousing Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Logistics Executive to join our manufacturing operations in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in logistics and warehouse functions, particularly within a manufacturing setup, with hands-on exposure to 3PL coordination, inventory management, and store operations. Key Responsibilities:

● Manage daily logistics activities related to inbound raw materials and outbound finished goods.

● Coordinate with production and planning teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery schedules.

● Oversee warehouse and store operations including goods receipt, storage, order picking, and dispatch.

● Maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure real-time inventory tracking through ERP or WMS tools.

● Work closely with 3PL service providers to manage transportation, deliveries, and documentation.

● Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards within the warehouse and logistics operations.

● Assist in monthly and quarterly stock audits, reconciliations, and reporting. ● Prepare and maintain logistics and inventory reports for internal stakeholders. Key Skills & Competencies:

● Experience in logistics and store operations within a manufacturing environment

● Good understanding of supply chain processes, raw material flow, and dispatch planning

● Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel

● Strong organizational and coordination skills

● Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

● Team player with good communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
