Service Level Management Secondary Logistics (South India)

Monitor and follow up on dispatches from CFA to RS (Redistribution Stockists) to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with transporters for daily vehicle placement as per business requirements.
Ensure dispatch stocks reach RS within the defined Transit Time (TAT).
Maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD) for Modern Trade (MT) and CSD channels as per customer appointment schedules.

Cost Control & Efficiency

Ensure secondary freight costs remain within the approved budget.
Prevent detention or halting charges at CFA or transporter levels.
Drive cost-saving initiatives in secondary transportation operations.

Freight & Vendor Management

Verify and process freight bills for payment in coordination with finance and transporters.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new or alternative transporters to strengthen the vendor base.
Monitor vendor performance to ensure service reliability and cost efficiency.

Primary Logistics (PAN India)

Oversee E-way bill follow-ups and timely extensions to ensure compliance.
Track primary vehicle movement across regions to ensure timely arrivals and dispatches.
