Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals

  • Regularly receive Stock/ Sales reports of all outlets in assigned territory continuously analyse sales through performance of product range.
  • Supervise Distributor operations and personally interact with retail outlet for product presentations
  • Order bookings and collections from Distributor and Key Accounts
  • Achieving primary and secondary sales and remittance objectives
  • Distribution expansion width and depth
  • Daily updating the secondary sales to ASMs
  • Merchandizing
  • Management of RSSM and Trade
  • Send timely reports to the concerned authorities as per company’s policy and guidelines
  • Reporting market related and competitor’s activities
  • New products launch and feed back
  • Train and develop distributors’ sales man
  • Maintain Data Base.
  • Meeting primary and secondary targets from time to time.
