4+ years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in internal auditing, risk management, and accounting standards, with the ability to identify and recommend control improvements across financial and operational areas.

Internal Auditing

Risk-based auditing.
Internal controls evaluation.
Process improvement identification.

Accounting & Financial Reporting

In-depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Indian Accounting Standards.
Financial statement analysis.

Risk Management

Identifying operational, financial, and compliance risks.
Recommending mitigation strategies.

Internal Controls (SOX / COSO Framework)

Designing and testing controls.
Compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Taxation & Compliance (India Specific if needed)

GST, Income Tax, Transfer Pricing (basic understanding if relevant to audit).

Technical Skills

ERP Systems Knowledge

SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, etc.

Audit Tools

CaseWare, ACL Analytics, IDEA, TeamMate, etc.

MS Excel (Advanced)

Pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, data analysis

Data Analytics

Basic use of analytics in audit procedures.
Data-driven audit testing.

Report Writing & Documentation

Preparing audit reports, working papers, and management letters
