Role Overview

The Assistant Manager Risk Advisory Services will be responsible for planning and executing risk-based audits, ensuring effective internal controls, and driving compliance across business processes. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to lead audit assignments independently while providing recommendations to strengthen governance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing the annual risk-based internal audit plan.
• Lead and conduct internal audit engagements across functions (finance, operations, HR, compliance, IT, etc.).
• Evaluate adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance frameworks.
• Identify gaps, process inefficiencies, and potential risks; recommend actionable improvements.
• Prepare detailed audit reports, communicate findings, and present to senior management.
• Monitor and track the implementation of agreed audit recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
• Support in special reviews, investigations, and ad-hoc assignments as required.
• Guide and mentor junior team members during audit assignments.

• Strong knowledge of internal audit methodologies, standards, and risk assessment techniques.
• Ability to manage multiple audits/projects simultaneously.

• Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
• High ethical standards, objectivity, and professional integrity.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

• Chartered Accountant.
• YOE: AM- 3- 6 years
• Manager - 6- 9
• Senior Manager - 9 - 14
