Role & responsibilities Developing in-depth understanding of the Category. Market, Category & Brand assessment for each of the products developed. Estimating market potential, planning launch quantities. Conceptualizing & developing products across brands in line with respective core brand strategies. Creating GTM (Go To Market) strategy for new products. Participating in Market Research & understanding consumer need-gaps. Collaborating with R&D, Packaging teams to develop products to address consumer need-gaps. Packaging development including design & structure of products. Iterative consumer interactions to perfect product development including product performance, packaging, etc. Interacting with agencies for creating & executing all creatives to ensure consistency. Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to launch products in time.
Role & responsibilities Develop territory, market penetration and sales execution strategies to consistently attain and exceed goals Regularly receive Stock/ Sales reports of all outlets in assigned territory continuously analyse sales through performance of product range. Supervise Distributor operations and personally interact with retail outlet for product presentations Order bookings and collections from Distributor and Key Accounts Achieving primary and secondary sales and remittance objectives Distribution expansion width and depth Daily updating the secondary sales to ASMs Merchandizing Management of RSSM and Trade Send timely reports to the concerned authorities as per company’s policy and guidelines Reporting market related and competitor’s activities New products launch and feed back Train and develop distributors’ sales man Maintain Data Base. Meeting primary and secondary targets from time to time.
