Job Description

We are hiring dynamic and motivated Territory Sales Officers to expand our insurance business across Jaipur and nearby locations. This role is ideal for individuals who want to build a bright career in insurance sales with strong earning potential, fast growth, and industry-best incentives.

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

• Generate individual business revenue through direct insurance sales.
• Sell all types of insurance products, including:
• Health Insurance
• Life & Term Insurance
• General Insurance (Motor, Home, Commercial, etc.)
• Travel, Agriculture & Cyber Security Insurance
• Identify prospects, meet customers, and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Achieve assigned monthly targets independently.
• Maintain discipline, daily follow-ups, and sales reporting as per company process.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary ranging from ₹15,000 to ₹45,000, based on experience and performance.

Eligibility Criteria

• Male & Female candidates both can apply.
• Freshers are welcome – training and support will be provided.
• Candidates from Jaipur or nearby Jaipur locations are preferred.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work in the field.
