Job Description

Job Description: Territory Sales Officer (TSO)Responsibilities:

● Should be capable of appointing new distributors, DB salesmen, and Sales & Marketing Executives (SMEs) as per business needs.

● Must ensure a minimum of 40 productive outlet visits per day as per company norms.

● Should consistently drive both primary sales (distributor billing) and secondary sales (market off-take) to achieve monthly targets.

● Must review distributor closing stocks regularly and plan primary and secondary sales accordingly, ensuring no stockouts and smooth supply flow.

● Should work on DB ROI — ensuring distributor profitability and strong revenue generation for both the distributor and the company.

● Must clearly communicate and implement schemes for distributors and retailers, ensuring full understanding and execution at the market level.

● Should ensure effective usage of online applications and must make the distributor actively use the DMS app for daily operations.

● Must provide on-the-job training to DB salesmen to improve their route discipline, product knowledge, and sales productivity.

● Should have strong knowledge of the distributor’s geography, including routes, beats, market potential, and outlet clusters.

● Must be data-oriented, capable of analyzing sales, stock, and market data to drive informed decisions.

● Should actively work on improving brand awareness and visibility within the assigned territory.

● Must strictly adhere to the lead generation and secondary sales processes as defined by the company.

● Should manage 2,500–3,000 outlets effectively through DB salesmen, ensuring proper coverage and sales execution.

● Responsible for market development activities, including product sampling, promotions, and other initiatives to boost brand presence.

● Should monitor competitors’ sales activities and market strategies to identify opportunities and threats.

● Should effectively manage and lead a team across all taluks within the assigned territory.

Eligibility / Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in the FMCG beverage industry is mandatory.

Candidates must be below 38 years of age.

Candidates must be from the same native as the assigned territory.

Salary:

● ₹35,000 per month and above (negotiable based on experience and performance)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
