Boiler Operator

Job Responsibilities: Operation: Operate boilers to generate steam or hot water for various processes in the beverage plant, including sterilization, heating, and pasteurization. Monitoring: Continuously monitor boiler parameters like temperature, pressure, and water level to ensure optimal performance and safety, according to HRBLADE. Monitor the stock matching (Wood to Energy) and wastage control. Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including replacing defective valves, lubricating machinery, and cleaning the system, according to HRBLADE. Troubleshooting: Identify and diagnose problems with boiler systems and make necessary repairs or adjustments, according to HRBLADE. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of boiler operations, maintenance activities, and any incidents or repairs, according to HRBLADE. Safety: Comply with all safety regulations and procedures related to boiler operation and maintenance. Collaboration: Work with other team members, including engineers and maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth and efficient boiler operations. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant environmental regulations and industry standards. Qualifications: ● High school diploma or equivalent. Relevant technical certifications or training in boiler operation and maintenance. ● Experience in operating and maintaining boiler systems, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting. ● Knowledge of boiler operation principles, safety regulations, and maintenance procedures. ● Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams. ● Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ● Good communication and record-keeping skills.
