Role & responsibilities

Coordination and communication:
Act as a liaison between suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to ensure seamless operations.
Inventory management:
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure accuracy and availability, and supervise warehouse operations.
Shipment and delivery:
Coordinate the movement of goods, monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery, and resolve any delays or issues.
Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts and rates with carriers, suppliers, and other vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Compliance and reporting:
Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations, maintain accurate records, and generate reports for analysis.
Problem-solving:
Address customer inquiries and issues related to logistics, such as late or damaged deliveries.
