Job Description

JOB PURPOSE

Logistics:

Co-ordinate daily orders (Both Domestic and Export) dispatch activities
Monitoring the functions of the logistics-related activities
Monitoring the shipment movements and complaints handling
Courier Invoices Reconciliation related activities
Courier Price Maintaining and comparison statements for courier
Co-ordinate with interrelated department work.
Support to take classes for our FGS staff about Logistics and Kit & Trading Purchase.
Conducting regular meetings in our team for improvements
Ensure all dispatched pick orders are properly scanned and maintained.
Evaluating new vendor-related activities.(Couriers and Suppliers)

Preparing disposed documents gets the approval from division heads and arranging for disposal in periodically.

Kit & Trading Purchase:

Co-ordinating to raise the POs for Trading purchases for all divisions FG Items
Products follow-up from Vendors
Stocking process for Trading Purchase materials
Maintaining the Non auro products & Equipment stock as per requirement
Co-ordinate for Kit assembling
Purchasing RM Materials for the Kit process.
