Role & responsibilities * Preparation of export documents(Pre & Post Shipment) * Co-ordinating with unit employees for movement * F/U for transport from factory to ports * Arranging for shipping lines, courier and airlines for shipment and rate negoatiaton * Bills processing * Arranging for rejected shipments * Follow-up with CHA for documents and shipments, S/B copy & Bills * Arranging certificates from Export inspection agency & FKKCI for exports * Tracking the shipments and updating to marketing team * Need to generate insurance certificate * Should have knowledge on ERP Preferred candidate profile * Candidate should have 2-3 years of experience
