Logistics Coordinator

JOB DESCRIPTION Company: Unisol Communications Private Limited Position: Logistics Location: K R Puram, Bangalore Department: Operation department Reports To: operations head Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within the company’s supply chain. You will coordinate and manage all aspects of logistics, including inventory control, transportation, and order tracking, while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance. Key Responsibilities: ● Shipping & Transportation Management: Coordinate and monitor shipments, ensuring timely deliveries to clients or warehouses. Schedule and arrange transportation modes like couriers & potters etc to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. ● Inventory Control: Oversee inventory levels, monitor stock movement, and ensure that products are stored and handled correctly. Communicate with relevant teams to avoid shortages or overstocking issues. ● Order Processing & Tracking: Track and manage customer orders, ensuring they are processed accurately and promptly. Provide customers and internal teams with status updates on order progress. ● Suppliers & Vendor Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the timely procurement and delivery of goods. Maintain good working relationships to ensure smooth operations. ● Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any logistics-related issues such as shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies in inventory. Find creative solutions to minimize disruptions. ● Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all logistics operations comply with local and international regulations, including customs requirements for international shipments. Maintain accurate documentation for all shipments and inventory.● Reporting & Analytics: Prepare and present regular reports on logistics activities, inventory levels, and shipping performance. Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement. ● Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining communication with customers regarding their orders. ● Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams to ensure the efficient movement of goods and alignment with company goals. Qualifications: ● Education: Dipolma, Bacholers degree Administration, or a related field (preferred). ● Experience: Proven experience in logistics coordination, supply chain management, or related roles. Experience with inventory management systems and transportation management is a plus. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently Salary Details: Experience : 0-2years Salary : ₹15,000 - ₹25,000/month based on experience Location : Bangalore.
