Responsibilities Warehouse & Fulfilment Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment via platforms like Shopify, Shiprocket, and Amazon. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular counts, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking. Track inbound shipments and manage returns/exchanges. Logistics & Shipping Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery) for smooth deliveries. Resolve shipping delays, escalations, or damaged/missing items. Supplier Coordination Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to track production timelines, delivery schedules, and incoming inventory. Process & Reporting Implement efficient packing processes to ensure quality and speed. Prepare weekly reports on inventory, shipments, and operational KPIs. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in D2C/e-commerce).
