About Qoalaby Qoalaby is a children’s apparel and play brand that blends modern streetwear with playful minimalism for little ones aged 6 months to 4 years. Alongside clothing, we design plush toys and illustrated books, creating a thoughtful world of comfort, creativity, and connection. We are looking for a hands-on Operations Manager to oversee our small but growing warehouse and logistics function in Panchkula. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, process-driven, and excited to build scalable systems from the ground up. Responsibilities Warehouse & Fulfilment Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of customer orders. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment via platforms like Shopify, Shiprocket, and Amazon. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular counts, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking. Track inbound shipments and manage returns/exchanges. Logistics & Shipping Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery) for smooth deliveries. Resolve shipping delays, escalations, or damaged/missing items. Supplier Coordination Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to track production timelines, delivery schedules, and incoming inventory. Process & Reporting Implement efficient packing processes to ensure quality and speed. Prepare weekly reports on inventory, shipments, and operational KPIs. Requirements 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in D2C/e-commerce). Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar logistics/inventory platforms. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Good proficiency in English (written and spoken) to coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams. Comfortable working in a startup environment — hands-on, adaptable, and process-focused. Based in or willing to work full-time from Panchkula, Haryana.
