hands-on Operations Manager

Responsibilities

Warehouse & Fulfilment

• Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment via platforms like Shopify, Shiprocket, and Amazon.

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate stock records, conduct regular counts, and prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
• Track inbound shipments and manage returns/exchanges.

Logistics & Shipping

• Coordinate with courier partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery) for smooth deliveries.
• Resolve shipping delays, escalations, or damaged/missing items.

Supplier Coordination

• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to track production timelines, delivery schedules, and incoming inventory.

Process & Reporting

• Implement efficient packing processes to ensure quality and speed.
• Prepare weekly reports on inventory, shipments, and operational KPIs.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain (preferably in D2C/e-commerce).
• Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Shiprocket, or similar logistics/inventory platforms.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good proficiency in

  English (written and spoken)

  to coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment — hands-on, adaptable, and process-focused.
• Based in or willing to work full-time from Panchkula, Haryana.
