Logistics Coordinator

The primary purpose of this role is to manage and streamline logistics operations, including import, export, stock management, and local distribution, to ensure the timely and efficient movement of materials and equipment.

1. Import Logistics  Managing the entire import process, overseeing customs clearance, and ensuring timely delivery of materials to the warehouse.  Booking and tracking vessels for the transportation of goods, ensuring schedules align with project timelines.  Maintaining detailed records of import transactions, including Customs Duty details and compliance documentation.  Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers to streamline import operations.

2. Export Logistics  Managing the export process for materials, including preparing export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping instructions. Page 2 of 3  Booking and tracking vessels for the shipment of goods to international customers, ensuring delivery schedules are met.  Coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs officials to ensure compliance with export regulations.  Tracking shipments and ensuring timely delivery to international customers.  Maintaining export records and ensuring adherence to international trade regulations and standards.

3. Stock Management  Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date inventory of materials, including Zinc Coils, Zinc Panels, and Accessories.  Ensuring optimal stock levels by coordinating with procurement, sales, and production teams to meet both domestic and international demand forecasts.  Conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies. 4. Local Logistics  Collaborating with the Sales Team, Technical Team, and factory to manage the dispatch and delivery of Zinc Panels to customers within the country.  Overseeing transportation arrangements, tracking shipments, and ensuring timely deliveries.  Ensuring proper packaging and handling of materials to minimize damage during transit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
