As of today, Safran offers M365 management solution for all Safran Group users. M365 solution are deployed (Teams, OfficeApps, Viva engage, Onedrive, ...) This service is currently being performed by ISC team. Safran wants to increase its support service that includes: Microsoft 365 MS Teams Office Apps We are responsible for managing the day-to-day administration, planning, and problem-solving for the M365 environment. Role & responsibilities M365 administration. Experience with Office Apps (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.). Powershell, Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting. Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD. Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi, etc.) Responsibilities: • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex incidents related to Microsoft 365 and Office Apps. • Provide Level 2 technical support for end-users, ensuring minimal downtime. • Participate in delivering Microsoft Teams and related Office 365 services. • Support MS Teams services and address MS Teams-related issues. • Stay updated with changes in Microsoft 365 and its portfolio of services • Implement and maintain in-depth knowledge of Office 365 services, particularly Microsoft Teams, Office apps, and Entra ID management. • Basic understanding of Exchange online and Sharepoint online • Good to have powershell scripting hands-on • Plan service rollouts and feature enhancements for Microsoft Teams. • Lead technology changes on the MS Teams platform and Office 365 connected services. • Provide technical guidance to service desk teams. • Create vendor cases and coordinate with external support. • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support when necessary. • Resolve issues related to license assignments. • Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements to prevent recurring incidents. • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless user experience and service continuity. • Share knowledge with teammates. • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices in the knowledge base. • Work on SNOW ticketing system, follow ITIL process, and adhere to SLA. Job Title: Senior Sourcing Engineer - Indirect Sourcing Purpose: The Senior Sourcing Engineer will be responsible for managing and optimizing sourcing activities at GECIA for non-core/indirect procurement such as resource augmentation, software licenses, project services, training, and material procurement. The role emphasizes strong contractual negotiation, vendor management, purchasing compliance, and operational efficiency improvement. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end sourcing operations for indirect categories including external resources, software licensing, project materials, and ad-hoc purchases. Evaluate, develop, and manage the vendor base, including commercial negotiations, contract finalization (NDA/SLA), and onboarding. Lead negotiations on pricing, contractual terms, and service agreements with vendors and suppliers. Drive cost-saving initiatives and identify efficiency improvements throughout the purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational procurement policies. Maintain vendor master data, track supplier performance, and conduct regular supplier audits and reviews. Create and maintain purchasing documentation, including contracts, audit reports, and operational records. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Competence Leaders, ACBS, Finance, and Business Users to align sourcing needs with business goals. Support license management processes, including procurement and renewals of software tools and systems. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sourcing and drive continuous process improvements. Provide backup support to the indirect sourcing function when required. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor s degree in engineering/technology (Mechanical / Production / Electrical). Minimum 4 to Maximum 8 years of experience in indirect sourcing, vendor management, and contract negotiations. Hands-on experience managing external resource vendors, software licensing procurement, service agreements, and project purchases. Strong understanding of purchase-to-pay (P2P) cycle management and operational risk control. Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements. Experience in cost optimization, process efficiency, and supplier performance improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel and MS Word. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Strong planning, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills (Good to Have): Exposure to License Management systems/tools. Experience in ERP procurement modules. Knowledge of sourcing in a global/multicultural environment. Personality Traits: Proactive and results-driven with a customer-centric approach. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. Highly organized, methodical, and detail oriented. Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively under pressure. Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business needs.
