1) Managing IT asset inventory.
2) Tracking Purchase Request and Purchase Order till asset deliver to respective locations
3) Resolved asset related queries raise by customers
4) Handle close business handover process from IT asset management end
5) Coordinate with Users for Asset reconciliation.
6) Coordinate with the HR team for allotting, clearance, and recovery of IT.
7) Maintain and share various reports Weekly/Monthly & Quarterly with client.
8) Refreshment Assets list / End of life assets list.
9) Maintain and share monthly IT asset management report.
10) Expired IT Asset Disposal process And End of Life asset scrap process.
11) Creation of gate pass for asset Inward/Outward.
12) Maintaining reports for tracking Inward/Outward assets.
13) Managing Software inventory for review and renewal.
