IT Assistant

As an IT Assistant based in Bhopal, you will be responsible for providing technical support to internal staff, encompassing troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Your role will involve setting up and configuring new computers, software, and office equipment, as well as aiding in the maintenance of the company's internal network and servers. Additionally, you will assist in software installation, updates, and license management. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an IT support role or a similar capacity. An Associates degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field would be preferred. Your primary duties will include responding to service requests promptly and ensuring that issues are resolved or escalated as necessary. You will also be responsible for conducting routine backups, system checks, and security maintenance on company systems. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of new technologies and IT projects. Collaborating with senior IT staff on various projects and improvements will be an essential aspect of your job. It will be your responsibility to help maintain IT documentation, such as user manuals and system configurations. This is a full-time position with day shift hours, limited to weekends only, and requires in-person work at the designated location.
