IT Assistant

As an IT Assistant at Tieten Medicity Hospital in Thane, your role will involve providing technical support to ensure the seamless operation of the hospital's IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for maintaining hardware, software, and network systems, as well as supporting the hospital management software. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-level IT support for computers, printers, scanners, and networking equipment. - Manage and troubleshoot hospital software system. - Monitor and maintain network performance, Wi-Fi connectivity, and system security. - Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of operating systems and applications. - Perform regular data backups and ensure system updates and antivirus protection. - Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate AMC and vendor service requests. - Support biometric attendance, CCTV, and internal communication systems. - Provide timely resolution for IT issues raised by hospital departments. - Assist during system audits and ensure compliance with hospital IT policies. - Coordinate with software vendors for updates, license renewals, and technical issues. Qualification & Experience: - Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. In this role, you will need to have a strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking (LAN/WAN). Experience in handling hospital information systems will be beneficial. Good analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to handle multiple support requests efficiently.
