Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing comprehensive first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues through help desk operations. Additionally, you will install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications while ensuring proper documentation. Monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, assisting in user account management, performing regular system maintenance tasks, supporting the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures, creating and maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with other IT team members on projects will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues - Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications - Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including system updates, patches, and security protocols - Assist in user account management and permissions setup across various platforms - Perform regular system maintenance tasks, including backup operations and data recovery - Support the implementation and maintenance of IT security measures and best practices - Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and standard operating procedures - Collaborate with other IT team members on projects and provide cross-departmental technical assistance Qualifications Required: - 2 years of experience in a Hotel environment - Location: Kolkata, West Bengal - Willingness to travel up to 25% (Note: Benefits include paid sick time.
