Role Overview:

We are seeking a Legal Executive with experience in the real estate industry, preferably. The role involves managing contracts, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and safeguarding the company’s legal interests across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

● Draft, review, and manage contracts (clients, vendors, partners).

● Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and building codes.

● Identify and resolve risks or disputes effectively.

● Protect intellectual property, including designs and trademarks.

● Provide legal advice to internal teams and support decision-making.

● Liaise with external counsel for litigation/specialized matters.

● Maintain organized legal records and draft standardized policies.

● Prepare and send legal notices when required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

● Strong knowledge of contract law, company law & IP laws.

● Excellent drafting, negotiation & communication skills.

● Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience

● LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.

● 2-3 years of experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or interior design. Exposure to regulatory compliance, labor laws & commercial contracts.
