Legal Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Legal Executive to support our legal and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, property law, and regulatory compliance, with hands-on experience in contract drafting, legal documentation, and liaising with regulatory authorities. Key Responsibilities: . Draft, review, and manage various contracts, agreements, and legal documents. . Provide legal support for corporate matters, including board resolutions, incorporation, and compliance. . Ensure legal compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including property-related legal aspects. . Conduct legal research and provide opinions on various legal matters. . Manage and maintain legal records and documentation. . Liaise with external counsels, government authorities, and regulatory bodies as required. . Assist in handling disputes, litigation support, and responding to legal notices. . Support due diligence activities and risk assessments for ongoing and new projects. . Stay updated with changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent. Experience: 1 to 2.5 years of relevant legal experience. Skills: . Sound knowledge of corporate and property law. . Proficient in legal drafting and documentation. . Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks. . Excellent communication and negotiation skills. . High attention to detail and strong analytical ability. Preferred Attributes: . Exposure to real estate or corporate legal departments is an advantage. . Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines. . Integrity, discretion, and professional ethics in handling sensitive information.
