About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Manager to help us attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent in the competitive real estate market. You will be the driving force behind creating a workplace culture where employees feel empowered, engaged, and motivated to achieve their best. What You’ll Do
• Drive Recruitment Success: Lead the recruitment strategy for key role across the company – from real estate agents to property managers, and everything in between. Source, interview, and hire top talent to fuel our growth.
• Champion Employee Engagement: Develop and implement creative programs and initiatives to boost morale and foster a positive, productive work environment. Design Monthly RNR contests, wellness programs, and team-building activities that make employees feel recognized and connected.
• Performance & Development: Manage the performance review process, helping employees set clear goals, receive feedback, and grow in their roles. Provide leadership and guidance on career development, training, and skill-building opportunities.
• Recognition & Rewards: Lead our Employee of the Month program, design incentive-based contests, and organize celebrations to recognize employee achievements. You’ll ensure our people feel appreciated!
• Employee Relations & Retention: Act as a trusted advisor to both employees and leadership. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of collaboration and respect. Focus on reducing turnover and ensuring a highly engaged workforce.
• HR Compliance & Admin: Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR-related administrative duties with precision.
What We’re Looking For:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, HRBP, HR GENERALIST) are a plus.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience in HR, with 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience in real estate or property management is highly preferred.
Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Proficiency in HR software and employee engagement tools.
• Ability to think strategically while executing on the ground level.
