Join us as an HR Manager.In this dynamic role as an HR Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing the HR department to ensure the alignment of local HR operations with global HR service delivery models. You will ensure that HR processes are efficient and correctly implemented. Your responsibility will extend to managing HR projects and the HR Operations agenda, acting as a trusted advisor for management by providing HR insights and guidance. Through collaboration with hiring managers and overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, you will contribute to creating an excellent employee experience.Stolt-Nielsen Limited (SNL) are experts in bulk-liquid logistics and sustainable aquaculture. What You Will Be Doing

As the HR Manager, you will be integral in organizing and managing day-to-day HR operations within the region, ensuring that HR processes are in line with global service models. In collaboration with the management, your role will involve providing strategic HR insights to enhance organizational decision-making, supporting various centers of excellence on strategic initiatives such as talent development, compensation, and employee engagement. You will conduct regular policy reviews and ensure compliance with labor regulations while integrating corporate HR strategies into regional practices. An essential part of your role will be partnering with hiring managers to facilitate recruitment processes, manage onboarding, and ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing HR projects as part of the HR Operations agenda, maintaining HR portals, managing sickness and absence records, and creating effective HR communication within the region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage the day to day of local HR Operations ensuring HR processes align with global HR Service Delivery models.
  • Collaborate with and support the development of the HR Officer to ensure high-quality and timely output.
  • Establish a culture of high performance and innovation within the team.
  • Streamline local HR procedures to enhance efficiency and ensure adoption by teams.
  • Manage HR projects according to the HR Operations agenda.
  • Provide strategic HR support and coaching to management.
  • Collaborate with COEs on strategic priorities such as compensation and talent management.
  • Conduct policy reviews and ensure compliance with country labor regulations.
  • Support recruitment processes and manage onboarding for new hires.
  • Maintain and enhance regional HR communication and HR portals.
  • Manage sickness and absence records.
  • Undertake other assignments and projects as required.

Qualifications

  • At least a bachelor's degree in human resource management or similar.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a larger scale company with a digital mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with fluency in English.
  • Able to interact with all levels of management.
  • Hands-on and can-do mentality.
  • Bias for action and drive for completion.
  • Experience in a dynamic global organization is beneficial.
