Legal Executive

The company is looking for someone to join within 1-2 weeks. Kindly keep that into consideration while applying.

Previous experience in Media & Entertainment is preferred.

The following is the broad guidelines of the list of Services to be rendered by the Legal Executive (inclusive of, but not limited). However, the Company shall modify/revise/add the services at its discretion:

i. Drafting, negotiating and vetting/ redlining all agreements, letters, documents, NDA, LOI, MOU etc. relating to production of serials, web-series, films, etc. & agreements related to Artist, HOD’s, Technicians & Crew and as per the requirement of the Company.

ii. End to end contract management.

iii. Researching & Advising on all legal matters of the Company.

iv. Drafting, updating, and improving templates of various standard agreements

v. Flag concerns in contract and suggest accommodating clauses considering business and other parties perspective.

vi. Vetting agreements received from the Channel/Commissioning Studios.

vii. Drafting employment & consultancy agreements.

viii. Drafting Leave & License Agreements as required by the Company.

ix. Drafting letters, notices, representations, termination and replies as required.

x. Co-ordinating and working closely with the creative and business teams, understanding their requirement and advising on the same.

xi. Guide the creative and business teams regarding applicable laws, regulations, restrictions, compliances etc., to enable them to carry out the business in compliance with law.

xii. Filing of agreements (hard copy) & maintaining the soft copies (scans) of the same.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
