Job Description

We are seeking a professional and knowledgeable Legal Advisor to manage immigration refusal cases and client refund matters in compliance with company policies and immigration laws. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of visa regulations, client communication, and legal procedures to ensure smooth resolution of complex cases while maintaining client satisfaction and business integrity. Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Handle clients professionally regarding visa refusals, refund policies, and legal rights as per immigration norms. Legal Case Review: Evaluate refusal letters and determine valid grounds for re-application, refund, or legal remedies. Refund Handling: Assess refund eligibility based on service agreements, prepare legal justifications, and process approvals as per company policy. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all client interactions, refund approvals, and legal opinions follow immigration laws and company legal standards. Dispute Resolution: Address client complaints or refund disputes with professionalism and ensure fair, lawful resolution. Policy Advisory: Guide management on legal obligations, contract terms, and risk mitigation related to immigration and refund processes. Liaison Work: Coordinate with embassies, visa authorities, and legal representatives if required for clarification or client representation. Internal Coordination: Support the counseling and accounts team with proper documentation for reapplications or refund settlements. Record Management: Maintain updated records of all legal consultations, refund cases, and correspondence. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB / LLM) from a recognized university. Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration, legal advisory, or client dispute resolution. Strong knowledge of immigration laws and refund policies for Australia, Canada, UK, USA, and Europe. Excellent negotiation, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive client cases with professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy. Preferred Skills: Experience in immigration law firms or migration consultancies. Familiarity with refund compliance and contractual law. Strong problem-solving and mediation abilities.
