Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Online Bidder to join our Business Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating business through various online platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, Fiverr, etc. The Online Bidder should be able to identify potential clients, submit compelling proposals, and bring in new projects for the company. Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, etc. Write customized and persuasive proposals according to client requirements. Maintain client communication throughout the project cycle. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to develop appropriate responses. Build long-term relationships with clients. Maintain records of all bids, client communications, and follow-ups. Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals. Create and manage lead databases for future campaigns. Required Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Good understanding of bidding portals and lead generation. Ability to understand client requirements and pitch services accordingly. Basic understanding of web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, or related IT services. Proficiency in MS Office, email etiquette, and CRM tools. Experience: Minimum 2 Year Location: Mohali, Punjab Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
