Job Description

As the Learning and Quality Manager, you will lead a team responsible for developing and delivering training content to new and existing team members under the direction of the Director, RCM Transformation. This is a people leader role that requires strong experience in coaching, mentoring, and team development. You will oversee training initiatives and programs aligned to our long- and short-term organizational goals, leveraging adult learning principles to drive performance in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in revenue cycle management (RCM) operations, including quality assurance and auditing, and a successful track record of building and executing impactful training programs as well as leading high-performing RCM teams to operational success.

Responsibilities

Training
  • Design and deliver impactful training programs using adult learning methodologies, including instructor-led, e-learning, and blended formats.
  • Assess training needs in collaboration with HR and Operations leadership and develop programs that address skill gaps and support professional development.
  • Lead the global learning and development plan, including onboarding, fresher training, and career pathing for both US and India-based teams.
  • Partner with CHRO and HR Business Partners to source content, measure training effectiveness, and adjust programs based on feedback and performance data.
  • Align training initiatives with performance management and organizational goals by collaborating with executive leadership.
Quality Assurance
  • Collaborate with the Director of RCM Transformation to align training and quality assurance strategies with broader operational goals.
  • Assist with monthly reporting by formatting and distributing quality assurance and training updates for team awareness.
  • Support the continuous improvement of the quality assurance program by identifying trends, closing knowledge gaps, and embedding feedback into training.
  • Stay current on industry best practices in RCM training and quality assurance to continuously improve program impact and effectiveness.
Team Leadership & Operations
  • Serve as a player-coach, leading the training team while actively contributing to the execution of training and quality initiatives.
  • Provide mentorship and direction to both training and quality assurance team members to ensure high performance, alignment, and engagement.
  • Partner with Operations leadership to develop SOPs and create SOP-aligned training materials to promote consistency, accuracy, and compliance across RCM functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience and proven track record of success in developing and executing training programs.
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle process, roles and responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of success and experience establishing and scaling global enterprise training programs and world class leadership development programs.
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge adult based learning methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to assess training effectiveness and quality performance, and to drive continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working across global time zones and partnering with senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS), knowledge management tools, and excel. Experience with Seismic Learning/Lessonly is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
