The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the hospitality industry and will be responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives, strengthening the resort’s brand presence, and supporting the Marketing Head in executing the overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Support the Marketing Head in developing and implementing the resort’s annual marketing and communications plan. Lead all digital marketing initiatives, including paid campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategy. Manage the resort’s official website, OTAs, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and timely updates. Plan, create, and execute engaging digital content (posts, videos, campaigns, blogs) to highlight resort experiences, F&B promotions, rooms, spa, weddings, MICE offerings, and colleague engagement activities. Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics, campaign ROI, and guest engagement, preparing regular reports for management. Collaborate with the global IHG marketing team to align with brand guidelines, digital campaigns, and loyalty program promotions. Support PR initiatives, influencer partnerships, media visits, and digital collaborations to enhance visibility and brand positioning. Partner with the revenue, sales, and F&B teams to design targeted campaigns that drive bookings and covers. Ensure all digital communication reflects the IHG Winning Culture and adheres to brand standards. Assist in executing offline marketing activities, photoshoots, and events as required.
