Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lead Technical Recruiter. The Lead Technical Recruiter will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates for technical positions. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, developing recruiting strategies, and building a robust talent pipeline. Additionally, the role will require strong communication skills to manage candidate expectations and provide a seamless recruitment experience.

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills
• Technical Recruiting skills
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven experience in hiring for technical roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
