We are looking for dynamic and goal-driven Bench Sales Recruiters with 0–4 years of experience in US IT Staffing. If you're passionate about candidate engagement, have hands-on experience working with H1B/OPT consultants, and are eager to work in a fast-paced environment – we’d love to speak with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Experience in marketing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, GC, USC)

Strong relationships with implementation partners and direct clients

Knowledge of tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099) and visa classifications

Expertise in using job boards, social media, and vendor networks

Strong negotiation and communication skills
