What We’re Looking For:

• 1–2 years of experience in IT recruitment for US/Canada (mandatory)
• Education in a technical background (B.Tech, BCA, BSc IT, etc.)
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• High energy, strong interpersonal skills & a team player attitude
• Willingness to work onsite during night shifts
• Goal-oriented mindset with a hunger to grow fast

Key Responsibilities:

• Source top IT talent via LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases
• Analyze client requirements and deliver quality candidate profiles quickly
• Coordinate interviews, track feedback, and manage candidate communication
• Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for Canadian job markets
• Collaborate closely with peers to meet hiring goals and SLAs
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and performance metrics
